WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING OPTIONS?

Shipping costs are based on total order amount.

$5 for orders up to $49.99 and $7 for orders from $50-$99.99. Country Cool apparel and merchandise offers free shipping on all orders over $100 within the continental U.S. All orders are picked and shipped within 1 week of being placed.*

If you have any other shipping issues or needs: We are available Monday through Friday, 8 to 5 p.m. CST.

*Please note: Shipping carriers are still experiencing issues now and again. Please be gracious with us. But if you don’t have your order within a week, reach out to our team for help.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Orders are processed within one week. Production time does not include time to arrive to the shopper’s destination. You’ll receive a note when your order has shipped and is headed your way.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

At Country Cool, we want you to wear your threads with pride. Though we share our goods at a national level – we operate like a local shop. Exchanges or returns are currently not accepted for completed orders unless your item arrives damaged. Please review your orders with a careful eye to detail before you buy. DO YOU SELL AMERICAN-MADE PRODUCTS?

We’re committed to selling high-quality products and supporting Americans and their craft. While our products are not made in America at this time, we’re working toward selling all-American products in the near future – from sourcing cotton from U.S. farmers to our finished products. Soon, your Country Cool apparel and merchandise will be American seed-to-thread.

Country Cool store orders are safe and sound, thanks to Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption protection. We also respect your privacy, and vow to never sell, rent or use your personal information for any other reason other than to complete your order.

WILL MY CREDIT CARD BE CHARGED IMMEDIATELY?

No, your credit card will be charged when your order has shipped. Your debit or credit card charge will be listed as “COUNTRY COOL” on your statement.

CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL AN ORDER?

WILL THERE BE TAXES CHARGED?
