We understand buying clothes online can be tricky. If you are not 100% satisfied with the size of your new Country Cool apparel item, we kindly accept exchanges on our apparel items. This also applies to any product shipped with defects in craftsmanship or material.

All exchanges must be approved prior to returning.

To start the exchange process, please email operations@countrycool.com for approval and details. We reserve the right to deny an exchange to the sender without prior approval. Items must be in new condition, clean, unworn with the original hang tag still attached. An exchange request must be made within 30 days of the date the item was delivered to you. If the item you want to exchange for is no longer available, you will be asked to select a product of equal or less value. We currently do not offer refunds.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over $50, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.

Once your exchange is processed, you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your exchange. If your exchange is approved, your new item will ship within 1-2 business days and tracking will be provided.
